Another exercise with less weight gain reduces the risk of breast cancer

In a large epidemiological study on the relationship between energy balance and the risk of breast cancer, scientists have provided evidence that more exercise with less weight gain significantly influence the likelihood of developing breast cancer, the second leading cause of cancer deaths in women. The energy balance is the difference between energy intake, food, and energy expenditure through physical activity.
